Users may submit reviews and other content. By submitting content, you grant LimeworkTechnologies LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, display, and distribute such content on the Platform.

6.2 Review Guidelines

Reviews must be:

• • Free from personal attacks, inappropriate language, and discriminatory content

6.3 Content Moderation

7. Agent Profiles and Data

Agent profiles contain information from public sources including the Dubai Land Department. Agents may claim and enhance their profiles subject to verification. We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee the completeness of all information.

8. Intellectual Property

All Platform content, including design, text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by LimeworkTechnologies LLC or its licensors and protected by UAE and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We do not endorse or guarantee any agent listed on the Platform. Users are responsible for conducting their own due diligence.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LimeworkTechnologies LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LimeworkTechnologies LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms, your use of the Platform, or your violation of any third-party rights.

12. Modifications

13. Termination

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC). Any disputes shall be resolved through the DIFC Courts. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the DIFC Courts.
